And furthermore, there’s such a rich tradition of vegetarian and vegan cooking in places like India and the Middle East that doesn’t use any disgusting fake meat crap or horrible misappropriations of other cultures’ traditional foods that to bother with something like this isn’t even worth it.

Try something like chana masala, or any number of incredible salads, or beans and rice, or a vegetarian panang curry… really, there’s no need to bastardize meat dishes to make delicious vegetarian food.

This isn’t even remotely menudo. Menudo is made with tripe (stomach lining), not just any old “spare parts” as you so crudely put it. Using ground meat wouldn’t make it menudo, either, it would make it chili-flavored meat soup.

Awwww, Dan, like a small child, you didn’t even taste it and yet it “would taste terrible”? If you have never had chili chocolates, you are indeed missing out! They are ever so delicious. So when I try this recipe, it will definitely be with the chocolate

this is the worst recipe i ever seen been eating this my whole life way off on the recipe this would end up tasting horrible chocalate are you on drugs or just crazy
