I usually take liquid car wax and apply a couple layers to my bathroom tiles. It help prevent the grout from getting to nasty. Also when you do clean it, then it is a lot easier to clean anything that has built up over time. I used to have to clean the bathrooms as a kid, and my mom was very picky about cleaning. If there was any signs of muck, then you had to start all over. I still hate cleaning the bathrooms, but like you I know nobody else will.
