It's a good source of manganese (91 %DV in a 1 cup serving), as well as containing significant amounts of vitamin C (94 %DV in a 1 cup serving) and vitamin B1 (8 %DV in a 1 cup serving). Also it contains proteolytic enzyme bromelain, which breaks down protein.</description>

		<description>I love that you put up tomatoe juice. Pour it in a wine class with a slice of cucumber. Great for brunch! I also like to do shots of straight tea with my girlfriends. All of the antioxidents and no hangover (or bad epty calories). Try a red tea from India or pull out your child\'s sleepy bear herbal tea.</description>
