wow...I, too, was looking for a recipe for unleavened bread and got here through google. the recipe sounds like just what I was looking for. I will be using kamut flour instead of whole wheat. just because I have it on hand. very tasty. used to be referred to as \'pharoah\'s flour\'. this will be for our weekly communion. we are running on a low budget and I thought this would be one way I could help out. we had been buying the \'matzoh\' from a retailer. there has been some very interesting reading here. I am pretty sure i have identified a couple of folks with the same beliefs as I have. those referring to the first day of every week, not burning the leftovers, reference to the New Testament church, etc.... but i was rather puzzled...is this a seventh day adventist site?? and is the theme of the desperate housewife thing not too vulgar for those who profess such as some of the \'sda\' comments i have read? just curious...by the way, we don\'t do tv and we don\'t miss it. thanks for your time...sunni

Thank you for saving the day (actually night!) The person who makes our communion bread has done a horrible job for several years - when you touch the bread it turns to dust (opps - I mean crumbs). Well, last night the deaconesses were preparing the elements - and the bread was as crumbly as ever. I was told that they wanted a new recipe and so after I went to bed my wife went looking on the net for one and came across your site. Well, she tried it out and we now have decent bread for the service!
