I will be using kamut flour instead of whole wheat. just because I have it on hand. very tasty. used to be referred to as \'pharoah\'s flour\'. this will be for our weekly communion. we are running on a low budget and I thought this would be one way I could help out. we had been buying the \'matzoh\' from a retailer. there has been some very interesting reading here. I have my own favorite recipe I got years ago... BUT... I had just told my husband that I wanted to TRY olive oil sometime... plan to try yours...
